This page details every individual Great Unclean One model that Games Workshop have produced. Additionally I have included models that could be used to represent Great Unclean Ones without needing any conversion work (typically by using models from different scales). Note that the images are not necessarily to scale with each other.

Nurgle Classic Familiar (1991) 073128/55 | Model designed by Jes Goodwin. The celebrated range of classic familiars includes a set of familiars for each of the four major Chaos Gods that are shaped like miniature Greater Daemons. So the Nurgle familiar looks like a small Great Unclean One, and could be used as a small one for Warmaster or Epic.
Epic Great Unclean One (1991) 076501/1 | Model designed by Jes Goodwin / Colin Dixon. The Epic range's Great Unclean One is large enough that it uses a 25mm base.
Epic Great Unclean One 2 (1992) 076501/16 | Model designed by Jes Goodwin / Colin Dixon. This second Great Unclean One model was a later addition to the Epic range. It is also large enough to require a 25mm base.
